workshop return & exchange POLICY

Unfortunately we will not be able to refund any workshop bookings, or make exchanges to other workshops or products. Therefore, please make sure you check the details carefully before booking. If you are unable to attend your purchased workshop, feel free to send a friend in your place, just send us a quick message at bec@fernandhoogah.com to let us know beforehand. 


Our workshops are only confirmed when we reach our minimum attendance number. Please check the workshop you're interested in, as this may vary between workshops. In the rare occurrence that we do not reach our minimum booking number, we will give you a full refund. We will also notify you via email, so please keep an eye on your emails in the days leading up to your booked workshop. 

Fern & Hoogah reserves the right to cancel any workshop. In the rare instance we do cancel a workshop, a full refund will be provided and we will give reasonable advanced notice before your booking. 

Plants/decor Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with the quality of a product purchased from Fern & Hoogah please bring your item in to the store within 14 days of your purchase, for a full refund or exchange on faulty goods.


Unfortunately we cannot offer returns if you simply change your mind on a product, but you are welcome to exchange it for something of equal value.   

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for living plants, so please make sure you are happy with your plant before purchasing it. If you have any issues, don't hesitate to come and see us in store, or give us a call or email.
